Another Iowa county considers wage hike

Another Iowa county could be in line to raise its minimum wage. Lee County's "Raise the Wage" Committee said last week the county's wage should rise to $8.20 an hour.  That would be $.95 above the current state and federal minimum wage of $7.25 an hour.  Lee county could be the fifth in Iowa to raise its minimum wage, joining Linn, Johnson, Polk, and Wapello counties.  A bill being considered at the Iowa capitol would get rid of and prevent any local minimum wage hikes.
