Nevada police say be careful when handling discarded plastic candy containers found in city parks. The city's public safety director says there have been two incidents in which someone tossed out hypodermic needles in candy containers. The needles are often used in drug activity. Also, if you find needles on the ground don't handle them. Anyone who comes in contact with discarded needles should contact police.
