Half a dozen University of Iowa students in London are safe after three people were killed by a man in an attack. A university spokesperson says the students are the only ones from the school who are studying in London this semester, and they're all accounted for and safe. The attacker stabbed a police officer to death outside parliament after killing two people and injuring dozens of others with his car on Westminster Bridge yesterday. Other officers shot and killed the man.
