Iowan to become an astronaut

An Iowan is now on his way to becoming one of America's next astronauts.  Air Force Lt. Col. Raja Chari was introduced Wednesday as one of America's 12 "astronaut candidates" at the Johnson Space Center in Houston.  Vice President Mike Pence congratulated Chari and his comrades during the ceremony to celebrate the 12.  Each person will now undergo two years of training.
