Crops OK despite dry weather

Iowa Agriculture Secretary Bill Northey says the state needs a "good soaking rain" to help crops.  However, there was some good news in the latest iowa crop progress and condition report released Tuesday.  It said most of the corn and soybeans are in good condition despite the run of dry weather in the state.  Northey did say soybeans need the rain the most as August is a "critically important time."
