Activist group makes Boys Training School allegations

A new report from Disability Rights Iowa says there are a number of problems at the Boys State Training School in Eldora. The report highlights issues including the use of restraints against the boys at the facility and the use of seclusion rooms. The report also says the psychologist at the facility really isn't a psychologist and that the facility doesn't have the proper mental health resources. Disability Rights Iowa is threatening to take Gov. Reynolds and the Department of Human Services to court if the problems aren't fixed.
