A Nevada man has been sentenced to 50 years in prison in the death of his two-month-old daughter. Calvin White, 30, was sentenced Monday after agreeing to a plea deal with Story County prosecutors last month, admitting to child endangerment resulting in death after originally being charged with first degree murder. Police arrested white in January after finding a video on his phone confessing he suffocated his daughter with a pillow before throwing himself in front of a train in a suicide attempt.
