Wisdom is Waning

We older folk are supposed to have stored the knowledge of "Life Lessons" to create shortcuts for at least the next two generations. Our experiences are meant to be shared to avoid the need to waste time of them creating their own solutions. In most cases it doesn't work, we are of another time and place and might as well be interstellar travelers. There may be a lot of truth in that logic, I must admit when it comes to technology it is I who seek out those who are younger to guide me through. As far as affairs of the heart we can only offer signs of what to watch for but honestly, has anyone figured it out? So we set as observers ready to share our wisdom but are seldom asked for it, we have forgotten more than we knew and can only hope they continue to let us share their lives and spare our drivers licenses.
