The Ames High baseball team snapped a 21 game losing streak with a win at Mason City Monday night. The Little Cyclones split a doubleheader with the Mohawks, losing game 1 10-1 before rallying to win game 2 8-2. Ames improves to 4-26, 2-16 in the CIML-Iowa Conference. The Little Cyclones wrap up conference play by hosting Ft. Dodge Thursday night.

Mason City swept the Ames softball team by scores of 3-0 and 3-2 in 9 innings Monday night. The Little Cyclones finish the regular season at 16-22, 3-15 in conference. They await the start of regional play when they host Dowling Saturday night.
