My brother, mentor, dad and hero turns 76 today, a very young 76. A boy who was forced to grow up far to fast, who gave his all to his siblings and has never stopped. Who found a way to share that enormous heart and wisdom with his own family. Never accepting the word can't but always searching for how. He set the bar of life so high there were times I never thought I could reach it, but just as I...felt failure was inevitable his strong hands were there to pull me up and encourage me. Big brothers are wonderful things that often bear the burden of example to their younger siblings, not a chore they asked for but one my brother went to extraordinary lengths to achieve. For some reason I recieved the gift of three brothers, all very special in their own ways, all contributed to my life in too numerous ways to count. Today I salute the one who led the way, and earned the love and respect of us all...Happy Birthday Phil.
